Facial Reflexology
The Face Code Foundations:
Clinical Integration of Nervous System Regulation & Stress Recovery Through Facial Reflexology

(Prerequisite for all Face Code Continuing Education Modules)

Discover a clinically focused approach to understanding pain, stress, trauma, and nervous system dysfunction through facial reflexology.

This signature flagship course introduces practitioners to The Face Code Method and the SEBAS Clinical Reflexology Framework, providing practical assessment tools and treatment strategies designed to support nervous system regulation and whole-body healing.

Many clients present with chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, sleep disturbances, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, jaw dysfunction, emotional overwhelm, and persistent symptoms that often have an underlying nervous system component.

Participants will learn how to identify signs of nervous system dysregulation, recognize facial and reflex indicators, understand the physiological effects of chronic stress and trauma, and develop treatment sequencing strategies that can be integrated into virtually any therapeutic practice.

This course includes pre-study manuals to review prior to attendance, allowing the in-person training to focus heavily on clinical application, practitioner reasoning, hands-on protocols, assessment skills, and treatment integration.
Topics Include:
• The Face Code Method Foundations
• The SEBAS Clinical Reflexology Framework
• Stress physiology and trauma-informed care
• Nervous system assessment and regulation principles
• Facial and reflex indicators of imbalance
• Clinical treatment sequencing and practitioner reasoning
• Protocols for stress recovery and resilience
• Case studies and practical application

This course serves as the required prerequisite for all advanced Face Code Continuing Education modules.

Unlocking the Jaw - Jaw Release, Bruxism & TMJ Disorders

Explore a comprehensive clinical approach to jaw dysfunction through the lens of nervous system regulation and facial reflexology.

This course examines the relationship between clenching, grinding, headaches, facial tension, neck pain, posture, stress, airway considerations, and emotional holding patterns that often contribute to chronic TMJ presentations.
Participants will learn practical assessment techniques and facial reflexology protocols designed to support muscular release, improve mobility, reduce tension patterns, and encourage nervous system regulation.
Topics include:
• Understanding TMJ dysfunction and bruxism
• Nervous system influences on jaw tension
• Facial, cervical, and postural relationships
• Assessment and pattern recognition
• Treatment sequencing and protocol integration
• Headaches, migraines, tinnitus, and associated presentations
• Practical clinical applications and case studies

Neuro-Aesthetic Rejuvenation

Discover how beauty and function intersect through facial reflexology.
This innovative course explores how nervous system regulation, circulation, muscular balance, lymphatic flow, and scar integration influence both facial appearance and overall wellbeing.

Participants will learn practical techniques designed to support healthy ageing, reduce facial tension, improve vitality, and enhance natural rejuvenation while addressing underlying functional patterns that contribute to facial asymmetry, restriction, and accelerated ageing.

Topics include:
• Neuro-aesthetic principles and facial wellness
• Facial tension and aging patterns
• Circulation and lymphatic support
• Scar integration and tissue restoration techniques
• Functional influences on facial appearance
• Natural rejuvenation protocols
• Clinical applications and treatment sequencing

Lymphatic Detox & Immune Support

Discover how facial reflexology can support lymphatic health, detoxification pathways, immune resilience, and the body's natural healing processes.

This clinically focused training explores the relationship between lymphatic congestion, inflammation, respiratory health, digestion, stress, and nervous system regulation. Participants will learn practical assessment strategies and treatment protocols designed to encourage fluid movement, reduce stagnation, support detoxification pathways, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Topics include:
• Understanding the lymphatic system and its role in health and healing
• Facial indicators of congestion and systemic imbalance
• Nervous system influences on detoxification and immune function
• Respiratory and sinus support techniques
• Facial reflexology protocols for lymphatic stimulation and drainage
• Applications for inflammation, swelling, stress, immune challenges, and recovery support
• Treatment sequencing, practitioner reasoning, and clinical integration
This course provides practical techniques that can be integrated into a wide variety of client presentations, including chronic stress, sinus congestion, inflammatory conditions, fatigue, and immune dysfunction.

Oncology Support Through Facial Reflexology

Designed for practitioners supporting clients affected by cancer, this course focuses on safe, compassionate, and evidence-informed facial reflexology techniques that can be integrated throughout the cancer journey.
Participants will explore considerations surrounding stress, fatigue, anxiety, sleep disturbances, treatment side effects, scar integration, lymphatic support, and quality of life enhancement.

Emphasis is placed on adapting treatments safely, recognizing contraindications, and creating supportive therapeutic experiences for clients navigating diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and survivorship.

Topics include:
• Oncology considerations and safety guidelines
• Nervous system regulation during cancer care
• Fatigue, stress, and symptom support
• Lymphatic and scar integration considerations
• Treatment modifications and contraindications
• Clinical reasoning and case studies

Advanced Module
Neuro-Structural Integration - Advanced Clinical Integration for Chronic Pain & Structural Compensation

(Prerequisites Required - Completion of The Face Code Foundations is required. Completion of Unlocking the Jaw is highly recommended for optimal integration and clinical understanding.)

Discover how nervous system dysfunction influences posture, muscle tension, compensation patterns, movement, and chronic pain presentations.

This advanced two-day training builds upon The Face Code Foundations and explores the relationship between structural imbalance and nervous system protection responses.

Participants will learn advanced assessment techniques, treatment sequencing strategies, and practical protocols designed to support whole-body integration through facial reflexology.

Topics include:
• Structural compensation and nervous system adaptation
• Chronic pain and protective patterning
• Facial indicators of postural imbalance
• Neck, shoulder, hip, spinal, and pelvic relationships
• Advanced treatment sequencing
